You can delete your Enlace account and personal data at any time, from the app or on this page.
In the Enlace app
Open Profile, choose Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and password.
- Your EPS membership number, Ghana Card number and Ghana Card photo.
- Your profile photo, notifications, notification settings and app sign-ins.
What is kept
Records other people rely on — past mentorship sessions, class attendance and grades, and payments — are kept for the other participants and for our accounts, but they will show “Deleted user” instead of your name. Live-room recordings are always deleted automatically within a few days.
